Registration

The registration fee for the conference is as below:

Regular from Advance Economy Countries € 900 € 1,200
Regular from Emerging and Developing Economy Countries* € 650 € 850
Student** € 450 € 800

* The participant's current affiliation and daily living and working place are at emerging and developing economies countries

The category of "emerging and developing economies" is following the IMF's definition which can be found in here: https://www.imf.org/en/Publications/WEO/weo-database/2023/April/groups-and-aggregates

** This includes bachelor, masters and PhD students. A valid student ID is required

 

The conference fee includes:

  • Access to more than 300 presentations and six keynotes
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday (14.07.2024) at the University of Vienna
  • Conference Welcome Dinner on Tuesday (16.07.2022) at the Vienna City Hall
  • Conference Farewell Dinner on Wednesday (17.07.2024) at Luftburg Kolarik im Prater
  • Conference Material and App
  • 4 Lunches and 7 coffee/tea breaks
  • Wednesday late afternoon conference excursions (each tour has a limited capacity)
  • Public transport ticket to excursion locations, whenever needed
  • 3 years membership of IATBR

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 13 May 2024 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 14 May2024 until 01 June 2024 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 01 June 2024 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee. 

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).

Conference participant cancellation insurance

In order to avoid annoyance and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out a conference cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversichung.

Presentation Guidelines

We kindly ask you to bring presentations in Power Point or as a PDF on a USB stick. The format should be 16:9. HDMI connections are available in the lecture halls. Unfortunately, Apple is not supported in the lecture halls (no adapters available).


Registration Software

The Conference and Event Management service unit processes the registration data by means of a software by the company UNGERBOECK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL GMBH, Kaiserstraße 72, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany (processing agreement according to article 28 of the GDPR).
